Don Zarape's 2 is a hidden gem. I've never eaten anything here other than their grilled foods. I think that they grill every day chicken, ribs and chorizo. It's hella good and hella cheap.
We will frequently pick this up when we are having guests over and its always a hit. They serve the full chicken with rice, beans, corn tortillas, onions, limes and cilantro. They have bags of chips that you can buy for $1 or $2. Their only downfall in my book is that their salsa is not very good. They have a regular one and a spicy one but they are both really spicy to me.
That being said, we have moved to LA but sometimes when we are in the valley we will swing by and pick up a whole chicken and some chorizo. :) -

Upon arrival
1. Great customer service
2. We sat outside, they attended my family and I immediately brought condiments and our utensils.
Ordered the breakfast egg and chorizo burrito that came with potatoes, rice, beans, I added avocado and cheese in it- salsa on the side along with cilantro and onion.
Really great recommendation and would definitely be coming back for there Chicken burrito.
Btw in which my kids had chicken tacos and I tired the chicken- it's was so good. -

Went here for pick up and we ordered their chicken barbeque first. Their grilling station outside was what made us go inside and order. We already came from the other store to pick up japanese food and we saw this guys barbecuing outside. Smeeled so good so we were tempted to try it. Theyre soooo good! I just forhot to take pucs of them coz we were really hungry that night lol!

I've been coming to Don Zarape #2 for over 5 years. We used to live few blocks from here and one day finally decided to stop in because the bbq just smelled so amazing. They Bbq chicken and chorizo outside in the parking lot. We always order a whole bbq chicken with a side of rice and beans, tortilla chips and salsa. They also have an extensive menu full of other Mexican foods, but we've only tried the bbq Mexican chicken and chorizo.
